Mercy Johnson is a Nigerian actress who made her debut in the movie titled the Maid. The talented actress is a thespian of note in Nollywood. She is said to be part of few actresses with intimidating hips after Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde. She is hot and sassy mother of one.

Juliet Ibrahim, a Ghanaian actress of Lebanese and Liberian descent reigns supreme in Ghollywood, the Ghana movie industry. She made her first entry into the acting world in 2007 in a film titled Crime to Christ. She is beautiful, a head-turner and a mother too.

These two personalities from the African continent are gunning for the accolade of ‘Miss Hippie Africa’, an imaginary award for the most endowed hip in the acting world in Africa with these two hottest industries, Nollywood and Ghollywood in focus.

One time A-list artiste in Nigeria, Abolore Adigun well known as 9ice, has gained admission into the university to study law. The talented singer, who has been battling with a nose-diving music career, disclosed this to a national daily newspaper, Tribune in an interview.

9ice told the paper that he is presently a student of Capella University, Minnesota, USA, studying Public Safety and Common Law. He however stated that he is running the school's online programme.

According to him, "I am already in school studying Public Safety and Common Law at Capella University. It is an online programme. I can't think of any other course except Law."

The singer reportedly left the Lagos State University (LASU) in 2006, where he was then studying Law. It was at that time he gained fame with hit his hit song, 'Ganja' and later with 'Gongo Aso'.

The 35-year-old, from Calamba City, Philippines, has had nose jobs, skin whitening, lip liposuction, jaw realignment, pec implants and even abdominal implants to become a real-life Clarke Kent after falling in love with the TV programme aged five.

He has splashed around 300,000 Pesos (£4,400) on his obsession - a fortune compared to the average 90p hourly wage in the Philippines.

He said: 'I feel like a Superhero whenever I pull on the costume, but my mission is not to save the world but to help in my own small way and bring a smile to the faces of local children.
'I don't have any regrets at all. People come up to me in the street all the time and want their picture taken with me.
